I have 2 questions regarding the reserve actuators:
1) When I am running the Static Optimisation on my model, I tried to append the model by adding some reserve actuators on them as mentioned in this link

I changed the optimal forces for all the coordinate actuators to 10 since it is better to have a low reserve actuator. However, what is the FX, FY, FZ, MX, MY, MZ refer to? Do I also need to lower down their optimal force to 10 since the default one is 100?

What if I got the reserve less than zero for some joints, what does it actually mean?
