The purpose of this study was to determine how muscles contribute to propulsion (i.e., the fore-aft acceleration) and support (i.e., the vertical acceleration) of the body mass center during running.

Model loading failed

When I download the "SimulationofHumanRunning-latest" model and load it in Opensim, I find that the torso skeleton does not appear and the lower limbs sink below the ground. How can I fix this?

Hi same issue,
fixed by going to the geometry folder of your opensim directory, there you will find a hat ribs scap vtp, copy in the same folder that you have your osim FullBodyModel_SimpleArms_Hamner2010_Markers_v2_0 and problem solved.
Re the fact that model is "underground" either just adjust your pelvis coordinates or move the floor down is what i did (or just dont visualise the floor
