Applying inverse kinematics of one model to another

Post by Saadia Talay » Fri Mar 04, 2022 12:38 am

Hi! I am trying to generate an inverse kinematics motion file on the London Lumbar Spine Model (LLSM) present in the opensim repository.
I took the Full Body Lumbar Spine Model (FBLS) from the repository and matched the markers of the FBLS to the LLSM. I scaled the LLSM using the FBLS setup file after making a few additions and edits in the marker sets. The model scaled successfully, however I did lose some of my vtp files. Is there a reason for that?

After scaling, I tried running the inverse kinematics using the FBLS model's IK setup file. In the output file, I am getting all zeros for the lumbar spine variables. I need to know whether this is correct and if not, how do I fix it?
