I modified the Rajagopal model so that the hip joint is a free joint. the only modifications I made were to change the joint type ,add 3 translations and relate them in the spatial transform section of the osim file. But flexion of the hip is being shown as hip rotation(as shown in the figure). May I know if I need to change any additional element? Changing the axis did not help.
