Regarding marker location is osim and IK

Hello,

I have a question regarding marker placement/location is osim model and IK. I am trying to build a simple model using scripting and would like to know how to determine the location of markers on each body segment.

In the osim file, the marker locations are provided in the anatomical reference frame or wrt to the segment's origin if I am not mistaken. But the marker data for static and for IK is provided in the lab coordinate system. I would like to know :
1) At which step is the transformation determined?
2) how can we determine this transformation programitically ?
3) How to determine the initial location of markers in the segment's coordinate frame

This is incase I do not want to use the GUI
