I can't find the relevant file

Post by Na Zhonglai » Tue Aug 22, 2023 7:57 pm

Hello,

my question refers to the example Simulation-Based Design to Reduce Metabolic Cost.

I've followed the guideline step by step. I haven't changed the CMC configuration which is provided in walk_Setup_CMC.xml,but I couldn't find the file named "walk_subject_MetabolicsReporter_probes.sto".

Hopeful someone can help me.

Hello,

The documentation suggests that the file in question is produced when you run CMC, please clarify if you did run CMC and the file wasn't written. Depending on where you ran the tools from, the file may live in a different folder.

Hope this helps,
-Ayman

I am surely that I've run CMC and the file wasn't written. But I still couldn't find the target file. I've searched all the folders.
I am looking forward your reply! Thank you!
