Using xsens data from c3d file

Hi,
I'm trying to use Xsens data in OpenSim. I have my data in a c3d file and I used the c3dExport.m to obtain a trc file to run it on OpenSim. I applied the Scale tool and it worked but then I am having problems with the IK tool, the model is not walking in the right way.
I'm wondering if maybe the problem is how I have rotated the data creating the trc file. Do you have any suggestions on how I should do it or if there can be any other issue?
