Model walking descends stairs while adding artificial weight.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I started working with OpenSim a few days ago and I would like to inquire whether it is possible to model a situation in OpenSim where a person/model descends stairs while adding artificial weight, for instance by placing a dumbbell at the center of the body. The aim is to observe the change in muscle load as the weight increases.
