IK and Interpolated TRC files

Hi community,
I'm a researching on pelvic mechanics of sitting posture. I have motion capture derived trc file that I'm adding to IK on 3DGaitModel. (Is this correct approach?) IK is giving results. but there are some missing marker data in the TRC file. I've interpolated using Python Scripts and saved the all the data after interpolation in a new trc file. The structure of the file is accurate (the structure of the file is accurate)
The problem is, the IK is only running for the first frame, whereas there are around 63793 frames in total.

Please guide. Let me know if theres something else im doing wrong
