Hi Matthias,

To get data into OpenSim you need to convert your files into the file formats expected by the OpenSim tools. As of now you need the following "data files":
- .trc files for marker trajectories
- .mot for ground reaction forces and kinematics

I'd suggest you read the chapter on "Preparing your data" in the User's Guide https://simtk.org/frs/download.php?file_id=2290
and let us know if you have questions.

Best of luck,
-Ayman

I remember many people also asked about how to import C3D file to opensim. Please watch this movie that I made.

Hope it would be useful
