fast target and slow target

where can I switch fast target and slow target?
CMC errors recommends me to do it, but I dont find it.

There is a true/false value in the CMC Setup XML file. I don't have it in front of me, but I'm pretty sure if you search that file for "fast" (or possibly "slow") you'll find it. I think the default value is "true" which corresponds to fast.
