Hi

Trying to run the Thelen2003Muscle model, but I cant find any information about activation1 and activation2.

Either where I can find the information or an example would be appreciated.

Hi Anders,

The Thelen2003Muscle model has different parameters, it doesn't use activation1, 2 instead it uses activation/deactivation_time_constants. The reference for the muscle model is here http://www.engr.wisc.edu/groups/nmbl/pubs/jbme03.pdf

These work:
<activation_time_constant> 0.01
<deactivation_time_constant> 0.04

I found them in an older version of a gait model, possibly a SIMM one, but I can't remember where.
