about mm_timescales

about mm_timescales

Hello,
I'm having this message when I try to find tau value:
"Estimated transition matrix contains entry, which is either NaN or Infinity."

The first steps mm_cluster and mm_assign went OK, I'm using 10 dcd trajectories each one of 100 000 frames (1psec timestep)

The whole prompt I got is:

mm_timescales -i discretized/r24[a-j]_448_skip10.disctraj -restrictToStates largestSet.dat -timestep 1.0 -lagtimes 1 2 5 10 20 50 100 200 500 1000 2000 5000 10000 20000 50000 -neig 10 -o result.its

Any ideas on how to solve this?
