Video record and play

Post by Ingrid Knippels » Fri Sep 27, 2013 3:52 am

Hi,

I recorded a video, however, when playing it in VLC or Windows Media player, or when importing it into a powerpoint presentation. The video doesn't run smoothly. Any suggestions?
I'm using OpenSim 3.1 on a 64 bit Windows 7 machine.

Any suggestions?

Ingrid

Hi Ingrid,
I had the same issue on my desktop. Eventually, I figured out it was an issue with my graphics card which was rather old. I turned the settings of the video card from quality to performance. The OpenSim video improved substantially and the recorded video now plays perfectly.

Hope that helps,
-james
