I am trying to deploy an idea to improve the accuracy of SSM-based model for subject -specific model. Your codes can help me by not spending time and reinvent the wheel to make SSM of the Knee. From reading, it looks the SSM-Knee model is great (DU_SSM(result)). So, I like to run it, but apparently it needs a text file to be passed over, "This function requires that a text file be passed to it."
Additionally: Having that file (hopefully you will pass me the file) I am not sure, how straightforward is to run the code. I mean, will I need more inputs, adjustments, etc.
Please advise.
