Using Upper Extremity Dynamic Model

Is there anywhere to download Opensim 3.1? I am trying to use the Upper Extremity Dynamic Model and it is not loading in Opensim 3.2.

Just open this link https://simtk.org/project/xml/downloads.xml?group_id=91
, go to the bottom of the page and you can see " List all previous releases"
