(1) To develop generic algorithms to generate computationally efficient surrogate tissue mechanics models by adaptive sampling of finite element models.

(2) To simulate human gait using a musculoskeletal dynamics model coupled to a foot model.

SimTk Wiki

A MoinMoin based wiki has been implemented at SimTk for projects. Bill Katz took the lead for this implementation and thanks to his efforts the wiki is fully functional reflecting the capabilities of Cleveland Clinic Wiki.

Contents of Cleveland Clinic Wiki has been ported to SimTk Wiki. Once you are logged in to SimTk site you can access our projects wiki site directly using the link

SimTk Repository

Following successful porting of Clinic wiki, basic structure and components of Clinic repository has also been transfered to SimTk. Using a Subversion client and your login information for the SimTk site, you can checkout the files, commit your changes etc. The URL for the repository is

https://simtk.org/svn/multidomain

Clinic repository is read only access until further notice.
