Scaling tool - missing tibial segment

Post by maria thommyppillai » Fri Oct 21, 2016 7:05 am

Hello all,

I'm pretty new to OpenSim, and I was wondering is anyone has had the problem of bones disappearing when scaling; I have tried multiple times with different data to scale the lower limb 2010 model, but the tibial segment disappears and the fibula moves down to meet the floor, the muscles all appear to be unaffected. Has anyone else had this problem in the past or is it just something I am executing incorrectly when scaling?

Thanks,
Maria

Are you using a standard model, or is it customized? This sounds like the geometry files may not be on the OpenSim path, which would suggest that the geometry your using is custom?
