Location of "Calc Area" feature for 'calc_resistances.m'

Post by Joseph Muskat » Thu Apr 06, 2017 7:57 am

Hello,

I'm looking to determine the resistances of my model outlets, and I noticed this:

% You can use the "Calc Area" feature in SimVascular (located in the Model tab) to find outlet areas.

Stated in the calc_resistances.m comments. Where exactly can I find this tool? I've tried searching for it, but I've only found the Geometry Tools or Measurement Tools that assume the image is in mm. Luckily, my model is in mm, but this seems inaccurate. If you could point me in the direction of the "Calc Area" tool, I'd really appreciate it!

Thank you,

Joseph

As an update: I went ahead and estimated using the Measurement tool.

I think this works well enough as long as the image data came in 'mm' scale.
