Hello SimVascular team,
I have a couple questions for you. For finding the areas of the outlets, I am unable to find the "Calc Area" feature. Is this still part of the newest update? Also I have tried to use the measurement tool as a work around. Is there any way to use the measurement tool while looking at the segmentations? I can only get the measurement tool to work on the direct image.
Also, when I run a simulation I got told it was successful and when I try to export I get told the files are exported but I have is an empty folder. I have the project file saved directly in my C drive with no spaces in any file names. Any suggestions on this?
FYI, I have a windows computer and just re-installed SimVascular last week.
Thanks!
Patrick

Re: Simulation Problems
Hi Patrick,
Please make sure to install the latest version (2017-04-09) including SimVascular and svSolver.
The new version provides more convenient features. When you select a face in Modeling or Simulation tool, area will displayed in the bottom status bar. You can also export cap area for a model by right clicking the model in Data Manager and select "Export Cat info".
Similarly, when you select a contour in 2D Segmentation tool, the status bar will display area, perimeter, center point for the selected contour.
If you want to use two tools at the same time, make sure both appears in the main window at the same time and the data you are you working on is selected in Data Manager.
Try the latest version to see if you still have the issue with exporting/converting results.
