Hello,

I am trying to edit '2nd_Hand_Model_An_attachments' in a way just to calculate muscle length and moment arms in Matlab. Using the current model takes long calculation time. I think it is due to calculating other values that I do not need. Anyone can suggest which important things should I keep in the model and which can I remove? any other suggestions to make the calulations faster?

How are you currently performing your calculations? Do you need moment arms at a single instant in time or for an entire motion? If the latter, do you require the moment arm at every time step or would every nth step be sufficient, n > 1? Do you need to compute moment arms during a simulation or can you compute them after the simulation has completed? If you think the issue is specific to the model you are using, please upload the model or provide a link.
