problems about results

hello,
I have some problems about results and need your help
1. nine components fx,fy,fz, mx,my,mz, px,py,pz given when I use analyze tool , but I do not know how to calculate the joint force use this components,just f?
2.Because there is a contact in my model and it can not perform static optimization, only inverse dynamics results are reliable?
Can anyone please help with how I can resolve these issues?

You probably mean JointReactionAnalysis. These are forces, moments and point of application expressed in some body and measured in some frame. Please see the following video for more details:

This does not make sense. Maybe you can't perform SO for some other reason. Please see the Troubleshooting section
