Hi, is this software able to calculate wss(wall shear stress)?
What is the meaning of shear constant in that result?
There are pressure results ,and can it be converted into FFR (fractional flow reserve)?
If SV could calculate the WSS?

Yes, SimVascular calculates WSS, and this can be exported into the converted results.
I'm not sure what you are asking by what is the meaning? Can you elaborate?
SimVascular does not do an automatic FFR calculation, but that should be easy to calculate on your own as you can get pressures at the locations you would like to use for the FFR calculation.

The wall shear stress should automatically be exported when you export simulation results from SimVascular, it will be in the .vtp files. See the instructions under postprocessing at http://simvascular.github.io/docsFlowSo ... ostprocess
The shear constant is the uniform shear constant for vessel walls and is used in deformable wall simulations.
You can calculate the fractional flow reserve using the exported simulation results, but you will need to identify which nodes in the mesh are upstream/downstream from the relevant coronary arteries in your model.
