Imputing Scaling

I am trying to scale the 3DGaitModel2354 with VICON/NEXUS data I collected. I exported the .trc file within Nexus from my static trial. Then I imported that file into OpenSim using the Scale Tool. I imported the same .trc file in both the Scale Model box and the Adjust Model Markers. I also checked the Preserve mass box and the Preview static pose. However, it just runs "Executing Scaling" for so long I have to close out of it. What am I doing wrong?

In the commands section it says in the 3rd step that the "model has no markers!"
Yet in the scale box Opensim recognizes that my model has 22 markers.
