This file contains instruction for building RNAstructure for *nix (Mac OS X,
Linux, or Unix) installations.

First, edit compiler.h to indicate your C++ compiler and flags.  The default is the
GNU compiler, g++.  Options are also pre-written for SGI, Sun, Intel, and IBM compilers.
