Example 2 readme file.

In this example we use the P coarse-grained version 
of the tRNA crystal structure 6TNA (file 6TNA-P.pdb) 
as the coarse-grained template.
Only difference between examples 1 and 2 is the atom
representing the nucleotide (P in ex2, C3' in ex1)

Try example 2 in two steps:
python ex2a.py
python ex2b.py
