Example 3 readme file.

In this example we use the P-C3' coarse-grained version 
of the tRNA crystal structure 6TNA (file 6TNA-PC3.pdb) 
as the coarse-grained template.
We are now using two atoms to represent each residue (P and C3')

Try example 3 in two steps:
python ex3a.py
python ex3b.py
