Example 4 readme file.

In this example we use the P-C2-C3' coarse-grained version 
of the tRNA crystal structure 6TNA (file 6TNA-PC2C3.pdb) 
as the coarse-grained template.
We are now using three atoms to represent each residue (P, C2 and C3')

Try example 4 in two steps:
python ex4a.py
python ex4b.py
