Example 6 readme file.

In this example we use the 3CUL C3' coarse-grained structure
(file 3CUL-C3.pdb) as the template.
We also use the full 1N32.pdb file instead of the subset used in smaller
structures.

Try example 6 in two steps:
python ex6a.py
python ex6b.py
