Example 7 readme file.

In this example we use the 1GID C3' coarse-grained structure
(file 1GID-C3.pdb) as the template.
Also, using the full 1N32.pdb file instead of the subset,
and larger values of hradius and nhradius.

Try example 7 in two steps:
python ex7a.py
python ex7b.py
