Example 8 readme file.

In this example we use the 1ZZN C3' coarse-grained structure
(file 1ZZN-C3.pdb) as the template.
Also, using the full 1N32.pdb file instead of the subset,
and larger values of hradius and nhradius.

Try example 8 in two steps:
python ex8a.py
python ex8b.py
