Example 9 readme file.

In this example we use the 1Y0Q C3' coarse-grained structure
(file 1Y0Q-C3.pdb) as the template.
Also, using the full 1N32.pdb file instead of the subset,
and larger values of hradius and nhradius.

Try example 9 in two steps:
python ex9a.py
python ex9b.py

Example results from running these two scripts can be found 
in the data/Ex9results folder.
