Consists of the following directories:

 lib : contains shared libraries for LAPACK and BLAS of the solvers.  

 doc : contains documentation 

 include: contains header files for building applications with LAPACK and BLAS

 examples: contains Makefile and example programs showing how to use
           LAPACK and BLAS
