Assuming $SOAP_CLIENT_HOME represents your soap_client directory;
 
1) Set the environment variable CP to $SOAP_CLIENT_HOME
2) cd to $SOAP_CLIENT_HOME
2) run build.sh to build
3) run run.sh <subject-id-list> <subjectid> to run the client
