Created by: Ariel Schwartz This data was generated using the python script: https://simtk.org/svn/openknee/app/KneeHub/src/tdms_processing_oks.py The tdms files used were from oks003. using the function process_tdms_combined(tdms_directory), with a directory containing the combined loading tdms files as input (in this case Data_Processing folder) The function uses desired kinetics to find the data point where valgus loading is 10Nm , internal moment is 5 Nm, anterior loading is 0 for each tdms file (ie at each degree of flexion). This is pivot shift motion. The Processed_Data folder is created within the directory. Raw data is plotted and saved, the data point at each degree of flexion is saved, and then all the data merged into one file is saved (Combined_Kinetics, Combined_Kinematics) all data is saves as csv, png.
