prestrain.feb:
 t = 0-->1 :: Applies a target prestrain weakly, i.e. favoring reference geometry, while prescribing zero femur displacement.
 t = 1-->2 :: Stretches the ligament along its line of action by prescribing femur displacement. 

prestrainWL.feb:
 t = 0-->1 :: Finds a target prestrain to satisfy while applying an initial load to femur (free to translate) along the ligament line of action, i.e. favoring reference geometry, target prestrains should be adjusted to satisfy equilibrium without femur displacement.
 t = 1-->2 :: Further stretches the ligament along its line of action by increasing the femur load.
