C++ example for the Common Component Architecture Working group
using the proposed neoclassic bindings.

SimpleStamper.{h,cpp} is the sample component.
It has array overrun bugs and should not be used in production code.

StringConsumerPort.hh and TimeProducerPort.hh are example port definitions.
