Signature for CCAException is different for decaf than ccaffeine, but
they should be identical.

No imple for COmponentClassDescription

decaf::ports::ConnectionEvent::initialize: does not properly copy a
TypeMap.


Probably suboptimal:
	TypeMap clone_();

	//(gkk)       Java complains about overridding its Object.clone() method


Can only have one listener for one kind of eventtype.  This is implied
by the fact that removal is predicated on (sent letter to Gary).
