Hi, John-

I fiddled around with AMBER for a little bit, and got output files, so
maybe I'll go with this for now, rather than using the setup codes.

Attached are three tests systems, including both the .top and .xyz
files output from amber leap: the same protein, but one with 4 cystine
bonds, one with 3, and one with none.

Let me know if I did something wrong enough that you can't use this,
or if I'm forgetting anything.
