If I get the subject_ and movement-specific proximal-distal translation of the knee joint( knee_ty_l or knee_ty_r), the distance between the hip center and the tibia reference frame, how can I generate the realistic visualization and animation using opensim?
More spefically, in the original gait2392or2354 model, the knee_ty_l/knee_ty_r is a function of the knee_angle and is specified by a NaturalCubicSpline. When knee_angle=0, the ty=-0.396. After scaling, the .osim will provide a scaling factor for them.
But when I used IK tool and provide prescribed knee_ty_l and knee_ty_r, the bone size change back to the orginal one,
can the next release fix this problem? |
