Detailed description
Problem is that results file is not a valid states file. 1. number of rows is not set correctly, (= 0) 2. endheader is missing before column labels row

Date: 2010-08-06 23:51 Sender: Ayman Habib The number of rows will always be incorrect since the contents are flushed continually. This's a known limitation and would best be solved by changing the format so the number of rows is not required. This may have had value when you needed to preallocate storage but not at this point as the number can be deduced while reading.
