Detailed description
When I run scale tool I am getting 4 files written to the install directory of OpenSim: 1 expected file - the scaled model, and 3 unexpected files - scaleSet_applied.xml, static_output.mot, and unassigned. I have 3 recommendations: (1) This should be output to the either the working directory or the directory where the settings file lives. (2) the scaleSet_applied and static_output.mot can be useful information but should be output at the user's request, not automatically. I think we should have the default behavior of generating a few files as possible unless specified by the user. (3) The "unassigned" files seems to be associated with the message "Wrote marker file Unassigned from model subject02" but seems to be just another copy of the model with some of the defaults and clamp settings changed. I have attached the files for your reference.

Date: 2015-11-24 13:49 Sender: Paolo Mazzon I would like to add that this bug is still present in version 3.3 and prevents non-admin users to use the scale tool.
