Detailed description
When calling the scale tool from the command line, it does not seem possible to assign a model that is not in the same directory as the setup file by providing the full path to the model file (e.g. C:\models\model1.osim) in the XML setup file. The same goes for the marker files. An example of a setup file that will not work is attached. Opensim version 2.3.1.
