Detailed description
When running the following command: ./MMB.2_6.dynamic.Leopard -c commands.singlebasepair.dat from the tutorial on the newest version of MMB, I get the following response: dyld: Library not loaded: libSimTKmolmodel.dylib Referenced from: ../Installer.2_6.Leopard/./MMB.2_6.dynamic.Leopard Reason: image not found Trace/BPT trap The library libSimTKmolmodel.dylib is not included in the directory. I'm assuming this is an error. Thanks, Max
