Summary:
IK Tool reports errors for markers not being tracked

Detailed description
Discovered at the March 2012 OpenSim Workshop, the IK Tool in version 2.4 reports maximum marker errors for markers not being tracked by the tool. This is not desirable, as users need to know the max marker error for only the markers that ARE being tracked by IK.

Attached is a zip file containing an example:
- a model file: gait2354_simbody_DF_Rv2_SCALED.osim
- experimental marker data: DF 2 Cal 01.trc
- IK settings file: Dom_IK.xml
- output: IK_ouput.txt
