Included here is a medium trial for the data set I am looking at. The full trial is about 40 seconds long. I have longer trials that are about 60 seconds long and shorter trials that are about 20 seconds long.
I can process RRA and CMC for this trial for 23 seconds from the cmd line but, if I try to process the entire trial, RRA completes running but will not create all of the results (especially the adjusted model). The setup file times are set for the 23 seconds that I processed.
Additionally, while RRA is running, 94% of the physical memory on my computer is taken up. I am not running any other programs and I have 2GB RAM. I was hoping to at least process the 40 second trials and the shorter 20 second trials.
