LHDL male donor bones

Detailed description
According to Viceconti et al. J Physiol. Sci. 58 (2008) a male and a female donor have been dissected in the framework of LHDL project.

Data available at PhysiomeSpace portal (https://www.physiomespace.com).

It would be nice to integrate those bones with the existing model.
