Unable to run CMC or Static Optimization with a desabled-muscle model

Detailed description
Muscle forces cannot be estimated using CMC or Static Optimization if the model has disabled muscles (Navigator -> Forces -> Muscles, then right click on a muscle and select 'Enable') I can run them successfully if I delete muscles we want to deactivate from the model.
