RRA Tool

Detailed description
I am trying to define my settings and parameters to run RRA.

Go to the "Main Settings" tab of the RRA Tool. In the "Input" section, I cannot create a "Tracking tasks" file or an "Actuator contraints" file.

If those files already exist, I can edit them just fine. The problem is that I cannot create them when I am just starting.
