Detailed description
This is for the RRA Tool in the GUI. Edit the "Actuator Constraints" in the Main Settings tab. The pop-up window for "Select Excitations" appears, and press OK. When you press the "Save As" button at the top, you are prompted to save your file as an *.xml file. I have to type in "filename.xml" or there will be no file extension. For example, if I type "filename" then I will have a new file saved as a filename.file This isn't a terrible problem, it just doesn't do what I think it is supposed to.
